Vladimir (“Vlad”) St. Louis was born and raised in South Florida. After high school, Vladimir obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Music from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Vladimir then obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Team.
After passing the Florida bar, Vladimir worked at a real estate law firm where he handled foreclosure and eviction matters for multiple national lenders. Subsequently, Vladimir obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Georgetown University College of Law with Dean’s List Designation.
Vladimir has over a decade of experience practicing in the areas of real estate law and tax law. Prior to returning to private practice, Vladimir served as a Special Agent with the IRS Criminal Investigation Division (IRS-CI), and later as an attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. These roles provided Vladimir with an in-depth understanding of how the IRS operates—insight that now allows him to be a strong and strategic advocate for his clients facing complex tax matters.
